TEF is governed by a Board of Directors , responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing company operations. Day-to-day activities are managed by the Executive Branch , led by the Managing Director , who ensures seamless execution of projects and client service delivery.

- Managing Director: Raphael Mussa Daudi – A seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in sales, distribution, and business strategy, having held senior roles at Industries like Telecommunication, Beverage, Satellite Television, and Energy Industries.
