About the Role
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of sales and distribution activities, supporting operational execution, performance monitoring, and data-driven reporting.
The role plays a key part in ensuring the successful implementation of sales and distribution projects, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement of channel performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Distribution Coordination

Coordinate daily sales and distribution activities to ensure smooth operations across the business.

Support the successful execution of assigned sales and distribution projects and transformation objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in project delivery and operational efficiency.
2. Data Analysis & Performance Reporting
-
Conduct data analytics from all relevant functions and interpret results for management presentations.

Drill through available datasets to identify gaps, trends, and root causes impacting performance.

Prepare daily and weekly channel performance reports to provide visibility for field teams and leadership.

Provide readable, actionable insights to enable management decision-making.
3. KPI Monitoring & Market Intelligence

Work closely with zonal sales teams to develop action plans and track outputs toward improving KPI performance.

Identify and investigate growth opportunities using geo-marketing and market intelligence data.

Gather market and customer feedback to support strategy development and business improvement.
4. Operational & Project Support
-
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management, Finance, and vendors on payment processes for construction and delivery of kiosks, furniture, and related infrastructure.

Manage locators for AMB, kiosks, and furniture on the sales side.

Analyze infrastructure gaps and advise management on corrective actions.
5. Compliance, Process Documentation & Audit Support

Manage the distribution and monitoring of KYC devices (handsets and scanners) used for customer acquisition.

Collaborate with zonal teams to ensure complete and compliant channel KYC documentation.

Prepare and document sales operation processes and ensure adherence to internal audit standards.
6. Additional Duties
-
Support special projects assigned by management, including initiatives focused on acquisition, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or any other related field.
Technical Skills
-
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Project management and basic accounting knowledge is desirable.
Experience
-
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a business analyst or sales operations support role.
Decision-Making Authority
-
Ability to analyze performance data and provide valuable inferences that guide management decisions.

Accountable for the implementation of assigned sales and distribution project deliverables.

Responsible for coordinating meetings, reporting, and cross-functional discussions.
