CVM Assistant
About the Role
The CVM Assistant will be responsible for supporting Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities by developing and executing strategies that align with business objectives.
The role also focuses on monitoring business performance and reporting to key stakeholders through SQL scripting, data mining, analysis, and report publication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Customer Value Management

Achieve agreed growth rates from existing Airtel Money customers.

Support cross-selling and upselling of products and services to the existing customer base.

Grow ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) through targeted lifecycle initiatives.

Conduct post-launch project evaluation and reporting in line with business and finance targets.
-
Support product and tariff management in liaison with other bucket owners within the department.
2. Project & Process Management
-
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and campaign launches.

Prepare project documents, business cases, and facilitate stakeholder sign-off for execution.

Conduct weekly product meetings and align project requirements with NET/IT, Revenue Assurance, and Customer Service teams.
3. Business Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track Airtel Money performance daily and report results to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure competition intelligence data is available, including competitor offerings and market positioning.

Prepare monthly group performance reports for Airtel Money.

Support monthly financial reporting for all buckets within the Airtel Money department.
4. Tracker & Database Management

Serve as custodian of the Airtel Money CLM projects database and track all project phases.

Maintain and regularly update Tariff Masters for auditing purposes.

Liaise with Revenue Assurance teams on charging and product exceptions discovered through tariff audits.
5. SQL & Data Analytics Support

Comprehend business logic and apply SQL guidelines for accurate data generation and mining.

Support strategic decision-making through structured reporting and analytics.
6. Other Duties
-
Perform any other duties assigned by the Usage & Retention Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications Engineering.

Certification in SQL Language is required.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2+ years professional commercial experience within the telecom industry.

Strong experience in product management, customer lifecycle management, and customer experience.

Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization.
