Enterprise Sales Executive
About the Role
The Enterprise Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding M-Pesa’s corporate footprint by onboarding businesses into our Collection and Disbursement solutions. The role is highly target-driven and focuses on driving revenue growth, deepening customer engagement, and capturing new market opportunities across Tanzania.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new businesses to M-Pesa’s Collection, Disbursement, and other enterprise solutions.

Consistently achieve monthly targets for new account acquisitions.

Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with existing corporate clients.

Provide training and product support to businesses on M-Pesa services.

Collaborate with Segment Managers to align sales strategies with business goals.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.

Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to line managers.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or telecom industry.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and collaboratively in teams.
Compensation Package
Base Pay (Fixed): 40% of total compensation.

Performance-Based Pay (Variable): 60% of total compensation, tied to KPI achievements.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
New Account Acquisitions: Minimum of 6 new accounts per month.

Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted percentage increase in revenue from new accounts.

Customer Engagement: Increase transactions per account by agreed KPIs.

Training & Support: Conduct at least 1 training session per quarter for clients.

Market Research: Submit monthly market trend reports.

Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a minimum 90% customer satisfaction score.
Additional Information
Role requires frequent travel within assigned regions.

Candidates will undergo a one-week induction and training program.

Quarterly refresher training will be provided on products, compliance, and sales strategies.
