Walk-in Agent
About the Role
The Walk-in Agent will be the first point of contact for customers visiting client shops. The role requires strong customer care skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for sales and service delivery. You will be responsible for assisting customers, selling products, handling queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Promote and sell products including airtime, new SIM registrations, and digital solutions.
Register new customers and update existing customer accounts.
Support business growth by achieving daily and monthly shop-level sales targets.
Customer Service
Professionally welcome and assist all walk-in customers.
Provide information on products, services, billing, and account issues.
Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
Deliver a consistent and excellent customer experience.
Reporting and Compliance
Prepare and submit daily sales and financial reports to the Team Leader.
Monitor product stock levels and ensure availability at all times.
Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Work closely with shop colleagues and supervisors.
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours based on business needs.
Contribute to a professional and customer-focused workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related)
- Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Care, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with basic digital reporting tools.
