The Mbeya Cement Production Line and Manpower Handling project is aimed at improving the efficiency, safety, and productivity of cement production and logistics operations at the Mbeya Cement Plant — a subsidiary of the Holcim Group.
This initiative focuses on enhancing critical production processes such as material extraction, handling, loading, and offloading while ensuring optimal workforce management. By integrating skilled manpower, structured workflow systems, and compliance with health and safety standards, this project enables seamless day-to-day operations and long-term operational success.
Our Approach

We begin with a detailed review of existing workflows, manpower capabilities, and safety protocols to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

All workers are carefully selected based on experience, physical fitness, and understanding of local conditions. Priority is given to candidates from the Mbeya region to ensure faster integration and cultural alignment.

A dedicated Health and Safety Officer ensures full compliance with TEF’s HSE policy as well as client-specific safety standards. All staff undergo regular HSE training.
